Tell us about your intention to return the goods by contacting us, and let us know the status of the goods through photos
 
When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
 
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
 
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
 
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
 
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation
 
We try our best to package these products because we think they will be mishandled during transportation, and sometimes the goods will still be damaged during transportation.

  • This product has only lasted 11 months and the ice function has stopped working. Not value for money. This,is our second portable ice machine of a different brand and that did not work longer than a year either so I brought this more expensive one but no joy either. the motors do not last.

  • I have enjoyed my 3 in 1 hot/cold/Ice machine for approx 10months. It has however sprung a leak. I have contacted the support/warranty department and am sure I will have a quick reply and will be able to resolve this problem asap. It comes with a 12month warranty so should the machine be replaced or fixed then I will highly recommend this machine as it has until now been fantastic.

  • We have had the ice maker going for close to 2 weeks now. Im a female 43 years old. Its been placed in a butlers pantry next to a sink so is easily refillable. Cold water is great. Hot water is hot. I can make a cup of tea with a splash of milk and its at a drinkable temperature that's enjoyable. (We have an expensive automatic Delonghi coffee machine and its hot water spout is not hot enough for tea but this machine is.) Like the water light that informs more water needed. Hard to determine where the max fill point is. I'm not that tall and its at bench height. Instructions are not that clear re this IMO. So just using common sense. Have not noticed any ugly electricity bills spikes and the machine is operating 24/7. The operating noise of the machine is noticable but not offensive. When requesting ice its louder and when under load. ie: you've just used all the chilled water and ice and its busy making more. The most unpleasant part is when the ice is made it falls into the presumably plastic base and it crashes loudly. This occurs pretty frequently as the ice melts and is recycled by the machine and new ice is made. My butlers pantry has a sliding door and I now feel the need to close it to dampen the ice crashing sound. But the family love having ice on hand. so its a first world problem really lol.

  • Nice machine it looks good has got reasonable ice capabilities I think in hindsight though, if I wanted an ice machine I would prefer to have gone with just a straight answer machine
