Specifications:

Application: This sheep shear works perfectly for animals with long and thick matted hair or heavy coated pet or livestock, such as sheep, alpaca, llamas, large and medium dogs(timid pets excluded), horse, goat, cattle. Note: It is not recommended to be used on cats, puppies, and any other timid pets because this shear runs a little bit loud.
Parameters: Wire length: 5.5m, working sound about 93dB. While working, the blade is shearing speedily and the motor runs very fast 2800rpm, so the sound is inevitable. Please pay attention to its size (40x9.5cm) and weight (2.04kg), it may be too large and heavy for some animals or users.
Operation Tips: Please lubricate or oil the blades and check the blade tension before using. Please wear gloves and use the cooling spray or coolant every few minutes and take short breaks during shearing, clean the blade in time, oil the blades again when needed and do not race it to prevent the blade from overheating.

Grooming Tips:

This electric sheep shear is designed for sheep, alpacas, llamas and large dogs with a thick coat and coarse hair, not small animals.
For a better user experience, we suggest you use this sheep shear with lubricating oil and cooling spray. However, please notice that there is no oil and cooling spray in the package due to the limitation of international liquid transportation.
Avoid long-time usage. It would be helpful to use the cooling spray every few minutes and take small breaks during shearing, otherwise the machine will get too hot. Always oil the blade before and during grooming to extend the life of the blade and prevent heat buildup.
Remember to use the brush to clean the machine, change the carbon brush, and oil the blade after every use. Pack it in a ventilated place for next use.
