RETURNS POLICY:

5. Please note that we cannot accept change of mind returns for items with damaged or broken seals on sealed packages or boxes.

7. The customer is responsible for the risk and cost associated with the return, including return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, particularly for high-value items.
8. If the returned item fails to meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the customer will bear the cost of receiving the returned goods back to the designated address.
9. All products are covered by a comprehensive 12-month warranty.
For items that arrive damaged or faulty, please promptly contact our customer service team with photographic evidence of the damage. We urge customers to inspect their orders upon receipt and notify us immediately in the event of defects, damage, or receipt of incorrect items.
