DISPATCH LOCATION:

We are located in Sydney Metro and all our orders are dispatched from this location.

PROCESSING TIMES:

• Orders placed before 11 AM are usually dispatched on the same day.

• Any orders placed after 11 AM will be dispatched on the next business day.

• If you place your order between Friday afternoon and Sunday, we will dispatch it on the following Monday.

Please note that the above dispatch times apply during our peak operational season from August to February. Outside of this period, orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

While we endeavour to stick to these dispatch times, please be aware that they are not guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Rest assured, we always do our absolute best to get your orders dispatched promptly.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is not always possible. We strive to respond to your request promptly, but there are instances where the order may have already entered the fulfilment stage, making cancellation unfeasible. We advise treating each order as final, though we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests where feasible.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order is accurate and complete. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded plus an additional 10% restocking fee applies.
