Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is not always possible. Return to sender policy.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order is accurate and complete. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded plus an additional 10% restocking fee applies.
