-Turn the "L-Shaped"metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.

WAIT FOR THE BEST RESULTS
-Leave shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.

REMOVE STRETCHER FROM YOUR SHOE
-Turn handles in counterclockwise direction.
