What to do:

If you've just had oral or throat surgery, or if you're experiencing swelling, redness, or discomfort after the treatment, this medication can help alleviate your symptoms quickly.
Place lozenge in mouth and dissolve. Put away your teeth
One lozenge every two to three hours, as needed (up to twelve lozenges daily), for adults and children aged six and above.

Here are the dosages: Benzydamine hydrochloride 3 mg, lignocaine hydrochloride 4 mg, and dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg.
