The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.
Goods must not be refilled or tampered with in any way.
Goods must still be over 35% full.
Goods must not be expired.
Genuine goods will be returned to the manufacturer for verification. A refund or replacement will be offered once we have received confirmation from the manufacturer that the item is faulty.
Any shipping fee already paid to Cartridge Planet is non-refundable.
