The return process is as follows:

When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
 
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
 
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
 
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
 
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

  • The size between Large and small is minimal, I use my ice machine everyday. I Love it!

  • Firstly, the product arrived without any instructions. Playing around with the buttons for 5 mins and you can work out how everything works. Where to put the water in is pretty obvious. The ice reservoir is fairly small. Filling a cup with ice empties it pretty much and it takes a while to re-make the used ice. Probably fine for a family of 4 having chilling drinks on a hot day, but no good for parties I would think. All in all, though I am reasonably happy with it and have it on for most of the day at present. Once the reservoir is full of ice, it pauses, so it is not running continually.
