Not happy with this broom it seems to be missing a part? I can get the broom end and handle on but I have tried them every way I could and I can't get the middle part to connect together? SORRY ABOUT THIS, may be there's another way they fit together?

It certainly rotates ... sometimes unexpectedly! But not really a problem. Does the job. To anyone considering buying, note that it has a relatively short handle. I'm about 5' 5.5" tall and even I would like a longer handle - so probably not suited to anyone more than 5' 7"
