The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
A 15% restocking fee will charged for a change of mind return.

Return Period

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

Defective, damaged during transit or incorrect Item received

If an item is returned within the warranty period that is mechanically defective, is not the item you ordered or was damaged during transit, a replacement or refunded will be provided.

Restocking Fee

If an item is returned within 30 days due to a sudden change of mind, or simply by finding a cheaper price elsewhere, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
