The return process is as follows:
 
Tell us about your intention to return the goods by contacting us, and let us know the status of the goods through photos
 
When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
 
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
 
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
 
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
 
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

  • Fast delivery and good power. Previous similar pump under warranty was a nightmare to get exchanged and eventually refunded. My deal are great in purchase but poor for warranty claims. Hope we have better luck with this one.
