These patches will self-heating up to 58 °C once opened, so should NEVER be applied directly to the skin. Instead, stick the two adhesive side flaps to your clothes to allow the benefits of heat to safely warm through.

Also great for fishing, hiking, skiing or any outdoor activity where you need a bit of warmth.
The non-woven fabric will not leak and has high air permeability, meaning the heating process is not activated until the outer pack is opened and exposed to oxygen.
Instruction for use:
1. Open the package by carefully cutting or tearing where indicated.
2. Remove the patch and peel off the two white backing papers on side flaps.
3. Apply directly to undergarments where you want the benefits of heat. NEVER USE DIRECTLY ON SKIN. The patch contains ingredients that react when exposed to air, resulting in a temperature of up to 58 °C . Heating is gradual and average temperature achieved will be around 50 °C .
4. If you feel that 58 °C is too hot, apply the special temperature control sticker (included) on the centre of the patch. This will lower the temperature.
5. The warming effect will last for up to 12 hours, after which time the patch should be removed and disposed of.
