Our warehouse is closed between 20/12/2024 and 2/1/2025. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed during this period.
All parcels come with a tracking number and do not require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to be left in a safe place.
We partner with courier companies such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriersplease.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Living in an area where fruit trees have been pushed down and dried out to remove later means snakes, lizards and other crawling things. We have two Labrador’s which are a little overweight and slow, so these units are the second lot we have purchased. The vibration and audio sound is enough to keep the crawlies moving off our property and away from the dogs. I highly recommend them.
