All orders are processed by 1~2 business day. All goods will be shipped via Australia Post. Other courier service may be used. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid. Item/s must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including unaltered Bracelet (no missing links), Tags and Booklets. No return accepted for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Shipping and Handling is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and is not refundable.
Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyer when the returned item is received. There will NOT be refund if such cases occur.
