Warranty Coverage
All Interior Secrets products (excluding marble and natural stone products) include a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt of the goods. This warranty covers:
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover the following:
Wear and Tear:Â Normal wear and tear, including minor chips or superficial blemishes.
Misuse or Neglect:Â Damage resulting from abnormal use, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Environmental Damage:Â Damage caused by placing the product in inappropriate locations (e.g., outdoors, garages, or non-weatherproof environments).
Commercial Use:Â Products used for commercial or office purposes unless explicitly stated.
Alterations:Â Modified goods or unauthorized repairs.
Natural Variations:Â Insignificant differences in dimensions, color, grain, or finish.
Packaging Damage:Â Damage to packaging only.
Please note: Items stored in garages, outdoor spaces, or transported to a new location after delivery are not eligible for warranty claims, as we cannot determine where or when the damage occurred.
Assessment:Â Our team will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary.
Resolution:Â If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Returning Products for Assessment
Products must be returned to our Truganina warehouse in a safe and adequately packaged condition to avoid further damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault is covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Mandatory Statement Under ACL
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns
We hope you love your new Interior Secrets piece, but if you are not completely satisfied with your furniture, we aim to provide you with peace of mind. While the change of mind return are not required under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer customers the option to return items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all change of mind returns, regardless of the delivery postcode. This fee is deducted from your refund.
Condition of Item:
The item must be as-new, free from scratches, stains, damages, or modifications, and include all accessories.
Original Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, re-sealable as new. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for items without the original or with damaged packaging.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping. We recommend insuring the return shipment to safeguard against potential transit damage.
Exclusions
We are unable to accommodate returns/exchanges/refunds for the following items:
Any item marked as ‘Clearance’ or specified as on ‘Final Sale’
Normal wear and tear.
Improper use or lack of care.
Damage caused after delivery.
Items that have been relocated or transported to a different location after delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for items that lack packaging.
WHEN YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, REPLACEMENT, OR REPAIR
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchase:
Has a major fault that makes it unfit for its intended purpose.
It is significantly different from its description or sample.
It is unsafe or does not meet its advertised quality.
Cannot be repaired within a reasonable time.
For minor faults, we may offer to repair the product or provide a replacement if repair is not feasible.
