Henry Blooms Herb-a-lax® is a stimulant laxative which combines natural dried herbs Senna leaf, Frangula bark, Psyllium husk, Dill fruit and Liquorice to help:

Instructions

Adults: Take 1.5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) with water or fruit juice before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.

Cautions & Interactions

Not to be used in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use.

Each 1.5 g dried herb powder dose contains:  
Senna leaf dry 1.3 g
  equiv. to hydroxyanthracene glycosides calc. as sennoside B 32.63 mg
Frangula bark dry 105 mg
  equiv. to glucofrangulins calc. as glucofrangulin A 7.35 mg
Anethum graveolens (Dill) fruit dry 30 mg
Liquorice dry 30 mg
Psyllium husk dry 30 mg
No added sulfites, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, eggs, sugar, soy bean products, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
