  • It's a very cheap quality product from a cheap company with a worst customer service focused team and cheap policies not favouring anyone except themselves and their own profits and benefit. Total loss of money. Doesn't fit our sofa though specifications are matching and yet can't get a return-refund. The foam sticks are so loose that it keeps popping out every time we sit near the sides and also there is a small hole in the item near the arm rest, which can be seen when the cover is stretched out completely and observed closely. Customer service replied saying they can't do anything as specs match and if it has to be returned and refunded many fees and charges that leaves with a paltry amount as a refund. Ok
