If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned/unwanted items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a product refund on receipt - excluding the original delivery charge/expenses and a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, if preferred, we will offer a credit note.
All faulty items will either be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with appropriate laws.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

I bought it for my daughter’s wedding day next week. It’s pretty, but as it was not expensive, I just hope they can cut the cake and it not break. It’s very light and mainly just for looks and photos really. But I had read that on other reviews also. But it is pretty.

Look beautiful, just disappointed the box got squished during transit, unable to up load pics, not sure why
