If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or provide a full refund after the item has been tested from our end for defects. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. If a customer changes their mind, the item must be sent in the original condition to receive a full refund. If the item is opened or used, the refund amount will vary based on the condition of the item when we receive it. For items that are being returned due to a change of mind, the customer must pay the postage fees. The item should be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
