The solar panels charge the battery during the day so the light or mosquito zapper turns on automatically at dusk. A full charge gives approx 30 hours of illumination (light mode) or 15 hours of zapper power (bug killer mode).

Mosquitoes, flies, moths and other small flying insects are attracted to the high voltage UV light source killing them quickly and effectively.
