Bamboo is obviously anti-bacterial and mold resistant, gives top notch moisture wicking and has inherent hypoallergenic properties, making this range ideal. Medium weight, dense and extremely comfortable, Complete range feature a sewn in hanger loop.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash prior to first use. Launder whites, colours, and prints separately. Warm machine wash (40c). Do not rub, soak, or wring. Do not bleach. Line dry in shade or tumble dry warm. Do not iron. Do not dry clean (x). To maintain optimum performance of this towel, we recommend that you avoid using fabric softeners, as they decrease the towel's absorbency. If you have a pulled thread, do not pull it. Simply snip off the loop with sharp scissors. Trimming a pulled thread will avoid further pulling & will not affect the durability or performance of your towel. It is quite normal for a cotton towel to lint or fluff in the few initial washes. This will diminish with subsequent washes & tumble drying. Remember to clean out the filters of your washing machine & tumble dryer. Made in India.

Manchester Factory Online is Australian business shipping orders to Australia & New Zealand.

We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of being placed however during high peak and sale periods it may take up to 48-72 hours for orders to be processed depending on the volume being processed at each warehouse location.

All weekend orders placed from mid-day Friday to Sunday evening are dispatched on Monday.

Please note the delivery time estimates are worst case and usually deliveries will arrive much sooner. Please keep in mind that orders placed in public holiday periods may be delayed a further day or two due to the increase back log of orders and non-operation of the courier companies.

Return and exchange policy

We abide by ACCC 1 year warranty if the product is faulty or doesn't meet the customers expectation for that time period however this warranty excludes wear and tear/damage to the product by the consumer.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Returns Policy
Manchester Factory does not accept change of mind returns.

Exchanges Online
Manchester Factory is more than happy to exchange your goods. To ensure the exchange goes smoothly please contact us so that we can step you through the process and also to provide you with an RA number to place on your returns and exchange form.

All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed. This means all packaging and labels must be attached. Packaging has to be in original condition (no rips or tears to the plastic/cardboard inserts). Failure to comply with this will result in the goods being returned to you and no refund will be provided.

However if the item is returned to us for an exchange in a poor condition or if we get an item back and it is not to these conditions then we will not be able to honor the exchange.

You are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us, we do recommend that you use the registered post option as Manchester Factory will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.

Postage charges on returns are not refundable.

Due to OH&S Regulations items such as Pillows, Quilts, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers, Blankets, Under blankets & Bath Robes can’t be exchanged.

Steps for exchange:
1. Place and pay for a new order to secure the size/items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately.

2. Send back the items you are exchanging with the exchange/return form filling it in with the RA number provided.
3. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and process a refund for them if they comply with our conditions above.

Online Order Cancellations
If you have submitted an order and received a confirmation email from Manchester Factory and you wish to cancel your order please contact us. If a cancellation message is not received by 8.30am on the day of dispatch order may not be cancelled.

Faulty Goods?
Every order is inspected by our QA Department before it leaves our Warehouse, this is to ensure you receive product in good condition. If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us.

If there is a manufacture fault or the goods are damaged we will refund the purchase price of the goods and shipping to the purchase payment method.
