Adult supervision is required.

We strongly suggest that it is assembled on a 100% level floor/area, but not installed over Concrete, Asphalt, or any other hard surface. Install and maintain shock-absorbing material under and around this unit to prevent serious injury due to falls to the ground. Use anchors provided within the kit to ensure the Swing Set is securely anchored into the ground. Follow Assembly guidelines to ensure the Swing Set is Assembled safely 2 meters away from obstructions, such as buildings, rocks, or trees.

We recommend painting your Swing Set either before assembly or within 1-2 weeks of the assembly to minimize timber movement and deterioration of timber due to exposure to weather elements.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the maintenance of the Swing Set. Storage of unassembled products must be either vertically upright or horizontal on a flat level surface and not exposed to weather elements.

RETURNS:
- All returns must be approved by Always Direct before the item is sent back. Where appropriate, you will be issued with a return form. The return offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If goods are delivered faulty or not of acceptable quality (DOA), please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving the item for Always Direct to approve a return. After the return has been received an inspected, Always Direct will, at their discretion, provide either a refund, replacement or repair dependent on the situation.
- If an item, upon its return is found not to be faulty after thorough inspection, a $50 service fee may be charged, as well as return shipping costs.
WARRANTY:
- After the DOA period has expired, a further warranty period may apply.
- Most Always Direct products come with a 3 month warranty unless specified otherwise on the individual product description.
- If a fault should arise within the warranty period, a replacement will be issued. If the item is no longer available then a full refund will be given.
- Many products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty in the event of a defect.
