Protect your luggage from theft with your own set of keys and the Korjo TSAKeyed Locks with Indicator. Its strong design has been approved by TSA*, meaning your lock will not be damaged whilst being checked through customs.

The red and green indicators on the lock make your aware if your luggage has been checked by the TSA / HMRC. The red indicators shows the TSAapproved opening tool has been used to check your luggage, whilst if the indicator is green, your luggage has not been checked.

*Authorised TSA / HMRC agents can use a secured tool to open the lock, check your luggage and relock it, without tampering with or damaging your lock.

For peace of mind, all items are covered with full postage insurance and a tracking number.

Warranty is offered by the manufacturer or distributor of the product.

We only deal with the most reputable luggage companies, so all the products we sell come with a warranty that covers any manufacturing defect or defective part. Damage done by carriers or wear and tear are not covered and a claim needs to be made against the carrier should they damage your luggage. If a manufacturing defect occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim.

Returns : We are not happy unless you are happy - simple as that! We understand you want to be comfortable purchasing the right luggage either for yourself or for your friends and family. That's why we have extended our Money Back Guarantee, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the items within 30 days from date of invoice, for a full refund (excluding postal charges). Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags still attached.

For all returns, Luggage Direct requires your full name, receipt and order number along with the goods which must be unused and have all original tags still attached. You can contact via your account to advise of your return. Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase price of the products excluding return postage.
