Install 3 AAA Batteries

Three AAA batteries need to be installed after opening the battery compartment, and the batteries need to be purchased by yourself

Tighten The Battery Cover

After the battery is put in, the cover of the battery compartment needs to be tightened to prevent water from entering the battery compartment and damaging the product

When you are eligible for a complete refund

If the product is faulty or damaged or the wrong product delivered

You have two options either get a full refund or get an exchange of the same or similar value

When you are eligible for a partial refund

If a customer does not like the product for whatsoever reason - change of mind

The customer has to return the item to our warehouse located in Melbourne, do not send or return the item unless approved by customer support
