With the herQs Professional you are always well equipped to prepare a perfect piece of meat. HerQs app

With the herQs app you can determine yourself which preset grilling time you need for your dishes. Or you can of course determine the desired times and temperatures yourself. The HerQs app shows you current and target temperatures, but you can also track your progress through the temperature history graphs. You can monitor up to 6 different temperature sensors at the same time. To make it even easier for you, you can decide when you want to receive which notifications. Discover for yourself what else is possible with the HerQs app. And of course we make sure that the app remains free and is always up-to-date.

The professional stainless steel temperature sensors can handle higher temperatures than most silicone versions. So you can also use your herQs Professional for your cooking skills in the oven.

Shipping Details

We aim to post our products within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Postage times vary depending on where you are ordering from. Standard delivery within Australia is usually from 2 to 7 working days. Express delivery within Australia is 1 to 2 days.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

1. Clever Gear Pty Ltd will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- returned within 14 days of receiving order;

- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

- in a resalable condition; and

- not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Clever Gear Pty Ltd, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us.
