With the herQs Pin Pro you get yourself a very easy to use meat thermometer that is completely wireless. The herQs Pin Probe can be connected to the herQs App which gives you all the insights you want when you are preparing your dish. Of course there are pre-set values in the app that allow you to indicate which piece of meat you are preparing and how you want it to be cooked. The herQs Pin Pro comes standard with 2 wireless probes which are stored at the back. They are also charged here. After use, wipe the wireless probes with a damp cloth and place them back at the back so that the probes recharge themselves and are ready for another preparation.
Everything can be read on the supplied device, but of course you can also connect your smartphone so that you can do something else without any worries, but still keep an eye on your dish with a slanted eye.
We aim to post our products within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Postage times vary depending on where you are ordering from. Standard delivery within Australia is usually from 2 to 7 working days. Express delivery within Australia is 1 to 2 days.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
1. Clever Gear Pty Ltd will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Clever Gear Pty Ltd, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange.
WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us.
