Yes. Once you've mixed your ingredients and poured them into a Dessert Genie Tub, it's essential to freeze it for 24 hours, on a level surface within your freezer, before processing in the Dessert Genie. This ensures the ingredients reach the necessary temperature for optimal results.
Q: How do I add Mix-Ins to my Dessert Genie desserts?
The Mix-In program is used to add nuts, chocolate, biscuits, lollies & more into your dessert creation. After processing your frozen Dessert Genie tub once using your selected dessert program, you simply use a spoon to create a hole in the centre of your already blended dessert base (about 3-4cm wide), so that the spoon reaches the bottom of the tub. Next, add your desired mix-ins into the hole. Then place the tub back into the Dessert Genie and select the Mix-In program button.

Damaged Products
Customer must inspect the product on delivery and satisfy itself that the product is not damaged. If the product is damaged, customer must notify seller and must provide evidence of the damage, such as by way of photographs.
Seller does not accept liability for products lost or damaged in the mail or by customer.
Customer must comply with the 'Return of Products' requirements below when returning any damaged product.
Return of Products
Customer must return the product in its original packaging. Items must be returned unused with all original accessories and contents, by registered post to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice to obtain a refund or, return postage at customer’s expense. Please contact the seller to obtain a Return Authorisation before goods can be returned.
For faulty or incorrectly delivered items please contact the seller for return or replacement instructions.
Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at customer’s cost unless we otherwise agree in writing.
Except where required by law or in accordance with this clause, seller is not obliged to accept any return of products. If seller does not accept the return of the product, seller will contact customer in writing.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
