15-day return policy
We always pursue the highest quality and try our best to ensure that the products arriving at your home are the same as what you see on our product page. We want to ensure that you always receive what you want and that you love your purchase.
However, we also appreciate that sometimes the product is not suitable, or you may change your mind after placing an order.
If you really change your mind, we will help you. You can return the product to us within 15 days after receiving it. We are happy to arrange a refund for you. (This does not include freight)
Your only two responsibilities here are:
Return freight (to our warehouse)
The item must be returned in "new" status
The requirements of "new" conditions are as follows, and the project must:
- Not used
- Not assembled
- No damage at all
- Original packaging
- The package shall not be damaged
- Include all tools and hardware that are not open
- Include assembly instructions
The return process is as follows:
Tell us about your intention to return the goods by contacting us, and let us know the status of the goods through photos
When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation
We try our best to package these products because we think they will be mishandled during transportation, and sometimes the goods will still be damaged during transportation.
Don't worry, we are well aware that this may happen, and we will help solve this problem as soon as possible.
If the goods you received appear to be damaged during transportation (the protective carton is damaged/dented/perforated/opened/wet/looks like falling), we ask you to take photos of the damage and contact us immediately so that we can quickly solve this problem for you.
If you find the item damaged after receiving it, please take another photo and contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Warranty Policy: Advwin provides a three-month warranty for all products. If you have any questions within three months, you can contact us.
