Fitting Notes

The Arizona Birko-Flor has two adjustable straps, so you can buckle each strap to securely hold your foot in.
Some people like to wear the straps loose but we recommend at least keeping the strap across the ball of your foot fastened snug so your foot is held in place and doesn't move back and forth when you walk.
The Birko-Flor upper material is soft and won't take as long as leather to wear in so they should be comfortable within a day or two of gradual wear.
Most people will wear the regular width in the Arizona unless they have an especially narrow foot. If your foot is average to broad in width, it's much comfier to have more room to spread out your toes and tighten the straps rather than opting for a narrow fit. You can also have extra holes punched in the straps if they are too loose.

Shipping Details

We know you’re eager to get your new shoes as soon as possible so we hustle to get your order out fast! All our orders are sent with super speedy Australia Post Express.

If the shoes you purchase are available at our warehouse, they will be dispatched on the day you order them (orders placed before 4pm AEST).

If you order on the weekend or outside of business hours, your shoes will be dispatched on the next business day. If your shoes are not available at our warehouse, we have to transfer them from one of our five stores which can add a maximum of 2 days to this process.

We currently only offer refunds for returned items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt
Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in a parcel bag to protect the shoes and their box. Please do not attach anything directly to the box.
