The QCY T13 has 4 noise cancelling microphones, which means they can largely block out background noises, while amplifying voice. The wireless earbuds also include touch control, so you can easily skip tracks, answer calls, and use the voice assistant.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
