Delivery time is 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to the sender due to the wrong address being provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you. If the cancel or exchange requests are made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will also be charged.

In most situations, you should be able to choose your ugg in your usual shoe size. Please be aware that the Ugg boot will stretch within a few weeks, it is okay to feel a bit snug initially.
However, shoe size often varies depending on the brands, styles, and manufacturers. When choosing the size, we suggest measuring your foot length, matching the size chart below, and double-checking the size description on the product page.

Unfortunately, they aren't as comfortable as my two pairs of UGG slippers, which when I'm wearing them, I sometimes forget I have them on. I ordered the right size; however, they are narrower than the slippers. I'm also finding them hard to put on. I thought my feet would just slip in without so much struggle. I guess what's missing, is a zip or elasticated sides. The hooks at the back of the boots help a lot but when one suffers from severe arthritis on the hands, like myself, it makes the action very difficult. Maybe showing the width of the boots on the website would be helpful.
