Delivery timing varies depending on destination, for an idea;

Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra metro: 3-8 business days

Delivery service is door-to-door ground floor delivery only. Please note assistance from you may be required for large item(s) weighing more than 25kg when carrying it from the courier’s vehicle to the front door.

Simply notify us and we will organise a courier to pickup the item/s from your location. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note upon delivery assistance from you may be required for item(s) weighing more than 25kg when carrying it from the courier’s vehicle to the front door. Fail to do so (Authority To Leave) resulting in damaged item will waive all responsibility of damaged in transit.
