This EM 2400 unit is particularly useful for anyone with a substantially weakened pelvic floor

who has difficulty contracting their pelvic floor muscles.

It can act as the first stage of an ongoing pelvic floor strengthening program,

helping you to re-establish your ability to identify and contract your pelvic floor muscles correctly.

Men can use this electrical stimulation with an anal electrodes.

The programme details of A, B, C, E are as follows. Parameters are preset at fixed values. The 2 seconds ramp time includes 1 second ramp up, and 1 second ramp down. Each programme is repeated in a constant cyclic pattern.

Programme D

Programme D is composed of 12 sections with varied pulse rates. Each section contains 30 contractions. The 2 seconds ramp time includes 1 second ramp up, and 1 second ramp down. The complete programme lasts 60 minutes with 360 contractions. It is repeated in a constant cyclic pattern. The details of the programme are given below.
