Unlike other pestle and mortars, this stylish design includes a reversible bamboo lid with several functions. Firstly, it helps keep the mortar clean and dust free when stored on a worktop or shelf and features a deep groove on the top to safely hold the pestle when not in use. When removed, the lid can also be turned over and used to place ingredients ready for preparation or even as a small chopping surface.

The heavy-weight pestle and mortar are both carved from the same hard-wearing, natural granite, making them perfect for crushing garlic, grinding spices, pounding herbs and making pesto and salsas. As this product is made from beautiful, natural materials, each item produced is unique. Wash and dry by hand.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal, Afterpay or us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2-3 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

For products indicated as coming from a specialist 3rd party warehouse, please allow an additional 3 working days for dispatch.

If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or your online marketplace, within 30 days from the time you received your product, including any photos as evidence to support your claim. Please do not return any product without prior authority and the return address for the relevant warehouse.

This policy does not apply to products which have been:

Used
Damaged after delivery
Altered or attempted to be altered
Dropped or broken

All products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition including all of the original:

A copy of the Invoice or Packing Slip
Product/s
Accessories and parts, including screws and tape
Instruction and warranty leaflets and manuals
Shipping box
Retail packaging
Internal padding

Failure to comply may result in a repacking fee charged to you, the customer. This fee is charged at 20% of the original purchase price.

RETURNS

Change of Mind: For all change of mind returns, all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Faulty/Warranty Claims: Simply Stylish Homewares may choose to provide you with an Australia Post Return Label if the product is found to be faulty.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving confirmation and instruction from us to the return address provided.

The customer assumes any risk of lost, theft or damage during transit. We advise you to take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Simply Stylish Homewares will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Simply Stylish Homewares, and our suppliers, have the sole right to assess the condition of any returned product, before approving a refund, credit, or replacement.

Where possible, refunds will be processed and paid through a reversal of the initial customer transaction. An email, or message through the relevant online marketplace, will be sent acknowledging payment of your refund.
