Change of mind

At Allphones Online, we accept the change of mind returns up to 30 days from purchase. If you simply change your mind, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

• The product is unused or has not yet activated.
• The product is still in the original full sales packaging and is in a re-sellable condition.

Email us within 30 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details, we will provide you with refund less postage & handling fee (For free postage, P&H $10.80).

A minimum 20% restocking fee may applied if the item has been opened or used.

Please note the above terms only eligible for non-commercial purchase or use.

Defective Product

If the product you purchased has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund upon your request provided that:

• The product does not have physical or liquid damage.
• The product is still in the full sales packaging and is in its original condition.

Email us within 30 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details.

Damaged During transit

If product package arrived damaged before you sign the parcel, please inspect the condition in front of delivery driver.

You can choose to accept the parcel condition or reject the delivery and request to return back to the sender. Please email us with your order details.

If you accidentally accepted the parcel and found damaged, please email us immediately upon receiving the goods(same day), providing full package details and including photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
