Bradley flavor bisquettes are the secret to the clean, true smoke flavor of foods smoked/cooked in the Bradley Smoker.
This variety pack contains 24 each of Apple, Alder, Mesquite, Hickory, and Maple for a variety of flavors. That’s 8 hours of smoke for each of the 5 flavors (20 minutes per Bisquette).

Alder & Maple: These two flavors are commonly used for smoking seafood, hams and bacon
Apple: Light, sweet, delicate, and fruity flavored smoke, which is perfect for pork and poultry, and also great with beef, lamb and assorted.
Hickory: A distinctive taste mostly used when smoking beef and pork
Mesquite: Strong smoke, but sweeter than hickory; great with beef, pork, game, water fowl, and nuts

DELIVERY NOTE:
- Signature is required at the time of delivery (unless you give us authority to leave the parcel)
- In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken back to the Courier Depot or local Post Office (depending on the service used). You will have 48 hours to pick up the parcel before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
- If an item is returned to our warehouse, re-delivery charges will apply.
- Change of delivery address after the booking has been dispatched will incur a $17 charge.

Warranty Policy

The BBQ Store offers a 12 month warranty on products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
