The easiest way to sharpen knives and to keep them sharp. This 2-stage pull-through, V-shaped Knife Sharpener with tungsten and ceramic steels is particularly suitable for those who do not feel comfortable using Sharpening Steels or Whetstones. With this Sharpener, the knife is simply drawn through the guiding notches a few times - the notch with tungsten steel is used for coarser sharpening (for blunt blades) while the ceramic notch is for fine sharpening (for coarsely sharpened or moderately-sharp blades) – and results are quickly achieved.

Two levels are available for sharpening knives, depending on how much cutting performance has been lost.
The first level, "Coarse", is recommended for when the knife is blunt.
The second level, "Fine", is suitable both for fine sharpening following on from the first level or for regular resharpening of the blade.
Knives with a serrated edge should only be sharpened using the second level in order to remove any burrs that have developed.
The traditional company based in Solingen, Germany, has designed the knife sharpener to make it easy for anyone, even without experience, to sharpen knives.
The blade of the knife is inserted vertically into the slot with the grinding slats.
The rear end of the blade is placed between the slats and pulled gently through to the tip, keeping the blade straight.
Meanwhile, the handle of the device should be held with the other hand.
The ergonomic handle and the non-slip base of the knife sharpener ensure safe handling.
The process is repeated depending on the bluntness of the blade.
In order to achieve the best possible result, the knife blades should be cleaned before and after every grinding process.

To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping / Postage

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
