Lemon Myrtle is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.
Kakadu Plum Leaf is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul Community in Western Australia. Gumbi Gumbi is harvested by small farmers in Queensland.

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy anytime, hot or cold.

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy anytime, hot or cold.

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
