Change of Mind
If your order has not yet shipped, but you have a change of mind or would like to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Once our customer service team receive your request, we will help you with the change or process refund of the amount you paid for the goods.
If the order is shipped and you no longer need the product, simply return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date with the unopened original packaging. Please email us with your order number and photo proof of good in condition to receive your return authorization. Under this scenario, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You may use the carrier of your choice by registered post and inform us of the tracking number once you shipped back the item. We will process the refund as soon as our warehouse receives the item(s) back from you and examined the condition. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to all the refund recipients.

Defect & Damage
For the item in your order that is defective or damaged in shipping, please kindly take pictures or videos of the product and tell us where you think it's flawed. We reserve the right to refuse to arrange a refund, repair or replacement if the product is not faulty or the product fault has arisen because the product was misused by you.
