The Nitecore 21700 Intelligent Battery System consists of the Nitecore 21700 i series Battery, the ML21 Magnetic Light, the MC21 magnetic Charger and the MPB21 Magnetic Power Back. Designed to offer a consistent power source and to minimize the burden in outdoor activities, it can easily provide the necessary light source and transfer power between different devices on the go.

The Dual polarities of the 21700 i Series Battery at both ends have broken the convention of linking the head and the tail of the flashlight to minimize its size and weight. The internal resistance is therefore greatly reduced t offer a direct energy conversion to power the device. Thanks to the groundbreaking technology and techniques, this can bring more possibilities to our flashlight design.
After attaching the MPB21 to the end marked with (+) of the i Series Battery, use the USB cable connecting an external power supply (e.g.a USB charging device) to the input port to begin the charging process
Combined with a 21700 i Series battery, it aims to provide a consistent power supply in the outdoor environment
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).
- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.
If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
If there is any issue regarding your order and you would like to either make a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our team so we can get a better understanding of what the issue is and assist you in resolving it.
When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
