This pomade is different to most of the oil-based pomades you've seen before, here's why :

It's completely plant and mineral-based. There are no petroleum waxes and no animal derived products. This is truly a world first formula that satisfies vegan and eco-conscious customers.
We've added Australian Kaolin clay which slightly dulls down the extreme high shine of a pure oil-based pomade. The result is a product that can add texture as well as hold.
It makes the hair feel incredibly healthy. The waxes and oils in this pomade will give the hair a long lasting, soft and silky feel.
The smell has mass appeal. We've combined a trademark combination of French Pear and Vanilla notes for a sweet, simply & inoffensive aroma that will satisfy but not overpower.
This product is best suited to people with thicker hair, and longer styles like a throwback or high pomp. Because of it's texturising ability, it also looks at home for guys that have grown their hair out and are looking for something to keep fly aways in check.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping / Postage

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
