This bathroom tap is Watermark and WELS approved, suitable to fit basins with hole diameter between 35 to 55 millimetre. Comes with Watermarked ceramic disc cartridge and water hoses, it is easily to install with included set of mounting accessories. This product also includes a 5 year warranty and a 6 month warranty on the installation parts'(cartridges, screws, nuts, and etc.)

You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

if the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer,customer may choose refund or a replacement.
If there is no problem of the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), customer need to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
