The furniture set is made of lightweight and low-maintenance round PE rattan, making it perfect for outdoor use, easy to clean with a damp cloth. Thanks to its powder-coated steel frame, the armchairs and table are stable and durable. The glass tabletop adds a luxurious touch to your outdoor space, perfect for having dinner or placing decorative items. The reclining chair with thick cushions provides an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable place to relax. The cushion cover is equipped with a zip, removable and washable. Thanks to the gas lift mechanism, the backrest is also adjustable to fit your positions. By touching the button on the side, the backrest can recline, for a comfortable lying position. The chair is perfect for relaxing in and putting your feet up with a matching footstool. You can also place it anywhere as per your preference.

Returns Policy

If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).

Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
