    • Email Contact Us with your name, order number, provide the IMEI number (where relevant), a description of the issue and if relevant include photos displaying the problem.
    • IMPORTANT NOTE: If your claim is reported within two weeks of delivery, once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the unit. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair/replacement or refund.
    • If your claim is reported after the two week period you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement only (a refund will not be possible).
