RETURNS POLICY:

1. Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. Must be in new condition, unopened, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact, including unbroken seals if applicable.

3. Maintain a resaleable condition without any damage.

4. Items should not have incurred damage during the customer's possession prior to return.

5. Please note that we cannot accept change of mind returns for items with damaged or broken seals on sealed packages or boxes.

6. Cosmetics, beauty, and personal care products are exempt from the change of mind policy.

7. The customer is responsible for the risk and cost associated with the return, including return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, particularly for high-value items.

8. If the returned item fails to meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the customer will bear the cost of receiving the returned goods back to the designated address.

9. All products are covered by a comprehensive 12-month warranty.
