We offer free shipping on all Australian orders.

 

You will receive an estimated delivery date based on the delivery location. We deliver within 2-3 days to most metro areas.

Orders are usually fulfilled within one business day (Mon-Fri), excluding Weekends or Holidays.

We use a number of trusted and reliable delivery partners in Australia who will take great care when delivering your products.

In the unlikely event there is a delay in your delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, or if you have trouble with your delivery, please drop us a note.

Getting your eco products to you is our top priority! 

IMPORTANT: Some of our deliver partners are experiencing the high traffic of orders adding pressure on the delivery network. Shipping to some states and regions might be impacted due to limits on cargo flights.

Thank you for your purchase. We’re certain that you’re going to love our products, but sometimes things just don’t work out the way you expect. If, for whatever reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase, contact us to organize a return within the first 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original labels and tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and products purchased using gift cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

  1. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error. 

  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs incurred when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
