We despatch orders daily and aim to post your order within 1 business day of receiving it We send our orders from our metro Melbourne headquarters, so if you live in VIC, NSW or SA, in most cases you will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days. If you live in a regional area or WA/NT, please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order. We post all orders via Australia Post.

You must notify us in writing of any product that is found to be faulty or not as advertised within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Claims for refunds made outside of these time periods may be declined by us, subject to relevant legislation. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund. This may result in the refund being refused, subject to relevant legislation.

You will be entitled to a refund where we are required to do so under any relevant legislation. In most cases, this legislation is the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
