Returns:
We are happy to return your chosen product if you have changed your mind, the product doesn’t fit or if the product is faulty.
After receiving the product, you have 14 days to contact us to be eligible for a return of the product.
Any product(s) can be returned for a exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:
• The product must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
• Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for products lost in the post.
• The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer.
• Postage paid for returning goods for exchange are not refundable.
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
• Made to order items.
• Orders that were shipped more than 14 days ago.
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
