All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty

 

Returns Policy

As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.

A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.

  • Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item

  • Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item

  • Large (Mattress) – $45 per item

  • Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

  • I purchased this quilt to replace one that was really old and what a difference it's made, should have done it years ago. It fills the cover, no more empty, floppy bits of cover at the top or bottom or at the sides. It's very plump and warm and together with the teddy sherpa cover I recently purchased...such luxury. I chose this particular quilt because of its natural fibres, they are good for those with allergies and eczema.
